To be eligible to enter this Promotion you must comply with the specific requirements outlined above and you must also be:

• An Australian Resident over the age of 18 years old.

• An employee of Fulcrum Suspensions Pty Ltd or an employee of a contracted stockist of Fulcrum Suspensions Pty Ltd products
• An employee of any agency or organisation working with Fulcrum Suspensions Pty Ltd in connection with this promotion.

• The original invoice as proof of purchase
• A Fulcrum Suspensions 4x4 kit number as per the list under "Eligible Product"

• Once the completed claim form is received, Fulcrum Suspension Pty Ltd will review these to ensure that they meet the requirements of this promotion. Validated claims will receive the qualifying amount via post. Entrants should allow 4-6 weeks from the receipt of the required documents for payment of their reward. If between 6-8 weeks you have not received your reward, you should contact Fulcrum Suspensions on 07 3892 9000. Fulcrum Suspension will not enter into any correspondence or discussion after 8 weeks relating to an undelivered reward.
• If the claim and proof of purchase do not meet the requirements of this promotion, the claim will be deemed invalid and the entrant will be sent an email to advise the reason for the non approval of the claim. The entrant will have a further 14 days to rectify any non-compliance to Fulcrum Suspensions' satisfaction.
• The entrant must retain proof of their purchase of the Fulcrum Suspension 4x4 Kit together with the original customer purchase invoice for their own records. In addition they may be required within the promotion time frame to produce these documents together with photo identification in order to confirm the entrant's identity, age, residential or email address, eligibility to receive the Mean Mother Recovery Kit and any information submitted by any entrant participating in the promotion to the satisfaction of Fulcrum Suspensions before issuing the Mean Mother Recovery Kit.
• You acknowledge that Fulcrum Suspension may contact the dealer/outlet where the purchase was made to verify details.
• Claims will not be accepted on back-ordered products.
• Fulcrum Suspension Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse any claims if the products are returned after the claim has been processed.
• Fulcrum Suspensions will not be responsible for any misdirected postal items if the entrant specifies an incorrect address on their claim form.
• The full terms of this promotion or competition are set out in these conditions and Fulcrum Suspension will have no liability to compensate an entrant who fails to comply fully with the terms and conditions due to a reseller from which a valid product has been bought has either made an error or omission when describing the terms of the promotion or competition.
• An entry will become invalid if an entrant subsequently returns an eligible product to Fulcrum Suspension or the participating stockist, other than for the purpose of a legitimate warranty claim.

• To the full extent permitted by law, Fulcrum Suspensions is not liable for any loss, including but not limited to alleged consequential economic loss, by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by Fulcrum Suspensions, or its agents, in connection with this promotion or the supply of any reward.
• This clause does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer protection laws. To the maximum extent permitted by such laws, Fulcrum Suspensions liability is limited to the cost of re-supplying a reward where necessary.

• Any accidental omission, deletion, loss or destruction of an entry.
