R and D test vehicles wanted

As part of Fulcrum's ongoing development and design of new suspension components, vehicles are always required to help research and test our new components.

Fulcrum firmly believes in the philosophy of not releasing a component into the market until it has been fully tested and passed by our R&D Team. You can benefit from Fulcrum’s R&D program by being one of the first to have a new or improved component fitted to your vehicle. Fulcrum offers R&D components to customers at a reduced rate and will give you a free installation and a free wheel alignment. Fulcrum also offers ongoing support for any vehicle fitted with such components and all we ask from you is for regular feedback on the handling, ride and results of the overall suspension enhancements to your vehicle

Conditions

Vehicle owners agree:

  • To deliver their vehicle to and collect from Fulcrum’s Moorooka Head Office.
  • To leave their vehicle with Fulcrum Suspensions for 2-3 days of product testing, fitment and test driving (vehicles may also be required more than once).
  • To allow Fulcrum’s R&D Team to test drive the vehicle (at legal speeds) for a limited distance on different street surfaces.
  • That their vehicle is legally roadworthy and registered.
  • Their vehicle has Original Equipment suspension, unless otherwise stated.
  • Fulcrum does not guarantee that any parts will be supplied to customers if products does not pass fitment and testing standards currently in place.
  • To let Fulcrum Suspensions post pictures of their vehicle on Fulcrum Suspensions websites or advertisements.
  • To have their vehicle inspected by both themselves and Fulcrum staff before and after testing to ensure that no damage was caused by Fulcrum. All prior damage will be documented by Fulcrum and signed for by the lender.
  • In the case of damage to any part of the vehicle caused during testing, it is the Lenders sole responsibility to claim all damages at the time of pick up only. No damage claims will be valid once the vehicle leaves the premises. Fulcrum will repair only the damaged parts claimed at the time of pick up. Lender cannot request for repairs on damaged parts not caused during testing.
  • Fulcrum Suspensions does not guarantee or warranty the proto-type products. Lender assumes all responsibilities for using the proto-type products.
  • Lender is responsible to check all lug nuts and bolts for tightness as Fulcrum Suspensions is not responsible for any damages incurred to vehicle.
  • Fulcrum Suspensions will reserve the right to chose the lender for R&D test vehicles.
