Fulcrums Relationship Focus Pays Off

Some might say nothing is more important than free beer, unless it also involves a stronger business partnership opportunity.

Fulcrum Suspensions successfully combined both with a unique hospitality lounge to support its existing dealers while developing new relationships with prospective dealers.

"Our focus is on strong relationships with our dealers, that's the secret to profitable sales and business opportunities," Fulcrum Principal Graham Scudamore-Smith said.

There's was little doubt about that after looking at the stand and popularity of the lounge. On a more serious note, the Fulcrum team used the occasion as a chance to invite prospective dealers to see the people behind this iconic Australian suspension and potentially benefit from its 30-plus years of experience.

Fulcrum are the 'Suspension gurus' according to its staff and customers.

Adjacent to Fulcrum was the independent SuperPro stand highlighting the close yet separate relationships of these two iconic Aussie brands.

Though sharing a common heritage, the SuperPro polyurethane bush and suspension parts brand is innovating new techno logy and product solutions and is available to all suspension f itters, resellers or parts outlets.

On display were examples of its Dynamic Roll Control products, Duraball vertical pivot technology and Supaloy metalwork.

This was supported by a brand new SuperPro web site www.superpro.com.au launched at the show.
